Mail Orders

Place your order by filling out the Order Form link located on this website or from your brochure. Mail the paper form to the address indicated on the form. Upon receipt of your order form, you will be notified of your shipping date.

Please print out this FORM and fill it out for all mail orders.

Local Orders for pick up at the farm (Willow Springs, MO)

Orders can be picked up on Saturday and Thursday. Email us by using the Contact Us page or call (417-469-9533) to place your order with your preferred pick up date and time. You will be contacted by email or phone to confirm your scheduled pick-up date and time.
